The hotel was lovely and the food was well presented. Greatly enjoyed our room that was a very large well kept garden and available with the kids to have a play, a bathroom. The location of the property was great, close to centre of Brockenhurst.

It offers a great location in the heart of the city. Consistently courteous personnel is who provided a fantastic service😃🙂

We really enjoyed this place, it's beautifully kept. Good restaurant, brilliant food, people working here are welcoming. The location is marvellous, 10 minutes' walk to Ytene Gallery Limited.

Cosy family hotel with friendly service and well located starting point for exploring the Forest Park.

Fantastic location for long walks and excursions in the NewForest up to Winchester. Excellent for dog owners - our room against the hotel park was super and pleasantly big!

The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that my work needs were met efficiently. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made items and a strong cafetiere coffee. The cleanliness and comfort of the room provided a conducive atmosphere for relaxation after work. I especially appreciated the convenient location, ideal for exploring the New Forest and its serene landscape.

The room faced some noise from adjacent rooms.

Location - forest. There are animals walking freely around.

Couldn't get their residency papers. There are no seals or stamps for the bill.

Appreciated our stay, and would recomand the hotel. We had spotless room with comfortable beds etc.

Lovely gardens out back. The hotel has a nice dog-friendly vibe, which seems appealing for pet owners, though it might not suit everyone.

Rooms vary in size. Some are cramped, particularly the bathrooms. The fire alarm issues at odd hours were disruptive, and the breakfast prices felt steep for the limited options presented. While cleanliness was in check, the overall aesthetics of the exterior could use some freshening up to elevate the curb appeal.

Room number one was very nicely furnished. Parts of the hotel are currently being renovated and brought up to date. Dogs were very welcome. The room # 1 was super nice. Some arts of the hotel are being renovated and upgraded to the latest standard. We felt very well.

Breakfast good, location very nice, one morning donkeys walked right past the hotel. We had bicycles with us and could start our small trip directly from the hotel.

The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The children especially liked wild ponies!

Although freshly renovated, quite a lot of parts are not yet finished. and in the room itself e.g. in the bathroom some things are already broken... Not much storage space..only small drawers and no wardrobe in the room although we were in a family suite... We also had to wait quite long for our breakfast..with 3 children 50 minutes are too long!

Friendly staff. Lovely grounds and gardens. Shame the swimming pool has been filled in. Breakfast was served by friendly and attentive staff. Didn't have to ask for anything. Toast and coffee topped up throughout.
